Returns & Exchanges
- No Returns: Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns for personalized items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it's received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery for replacements.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your custom text, images, and design selections before completing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
